Barkley Terrace, Victoria

Last Tuesday drove to Barkley Terrace where my Mother and her parents lived in the early 1950’s. They sold the house to do an around the world tour. It was shortened as my Grandmother became ill and had to recuperate for a month in the south of France and they returned to Victoria.

Had a delightful generous visit outside with the people who lived next door. Had the view of the house next door which I think  was the home they lived in, Toured the garden and had conversations about the house. The house was nestled under the Gonzales Observatory and had panoramic  views of Victoria.
