Duck Pond Dallas Road

Have been reading about  well known video artist  Bill Viola, his work deals with art, transformation and spirituality. Have been doing some “pilgrimages” around Victoria. Today went to duck pond, watched the birds, looked at the trees and how they bend and are wind blown. Talked with a gentleman  and listened to his a complicated health history and how he had some near death experiences. He has been coming regularly to the pond for 2 years.

Did a couple of tree sketches. My parents would walk with us as small children along Dallas Road to Duck Pond to see the launching of boats and the birds.
